Karen and Jim would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the St Andrews B&B web site. It is our aim to make your stay at St Andrews B&B as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Karen is a qualified chef with 30 years experience; having spent 10 years as Operations Manager at Ascot and Belmont Racecourses, 12 years as proprietor of the Gumnut Factory Tourism Centre and Tea Rooms, 3 years as proprietor and Chef of the Little London Restaurant and Gumnut Cafe in Fremantle as well as being a pastry chef at Frasers Restaurant in Kings Park. Jim is a self confessed 'nice guy' and general 'dogs body' who will entertain guests with tales from his past experiences working in the outback as well as assist with the cooking when Karen is unavailable. Jim's handyman skills are on permanent display at St Andrews (check out the limestone terracing, the patio, the pergolas etc) and are a true testament to his abilities.
